Fall, 2007

Welcome!

A new JMEC program year is upon us, and we would like to tell you what we've been up to and what is to come. There are some exciting things happening at JMEC, so please read on. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our sponsors. As a non-profit organization, we rely on your generous donations, and we hope you won't forget about the benefits for which you are eligible as a JMEC sponsor. In particular, you may be eligible to send employees through the upcoming JMEC 14 program at no cost to your company or the employee. Please see Sponsors, Reap Your Benefits! for more information. Happy autumn to all, and here's to another successful JMEC year!

Sponsors, Reap Your Benefits!
If you are a Silver, Gold or Platinum level sponsor, don't forget that part of your benefit package includes sending one, three or five employees respectively through the JMEC program at no cost to your company or the employee.  Many sponsors have sent employees through JMEC and have found it to be a great training and professional development program. Participants not only learn more about doing business in Japan, but learn project management, time management and team building skills. Employees bring these valuable skills back to the office with them, strengthening the sponsor company and the teams they work with.

If you were not able to send a participant to JMEC 13, keep in mind that being a sponsor for JMEC 14 will give you that same opportunity.  Not a Silver, Gold or Platinum sponsor?  Then consider upgrading for JMEC 14! If you would like to receive more information about sponsorship and the benefits to your company, please contact us.
